AP = 2.4
PB = 3.6
BC = 5.4
By using Thales’ theorem
∵ PQ || BC
∴ `(AP)/(AB) = (PQ)/(BC)`
⇒ `2.4/6 = (PQ)/5.4` ...(∵ AB = AP + PB = 2.4 + 3.6 = 6)
⇒ PQ = `(2.4 xx 5.4)/6`
⇒ PQ = 2.16 cm
