Let the number of students in 'B' is '100'

After some students shifted from 'A' number of students in B increased to 12 %

Student in 'B' = `100 xx (100 + 12)/100`

= 112

Now, '12' student shifted back to section 'A'.

Students of section 'B' decreases by = `12/112 xx 100`

= 10.71%
