Find two terms of the sequence tn = 3n – 2

tn = 3n – 2    ......[Given]

∴ t1 = 3(1) – 2

= 3 – 2

= 1

t2 = 3(2) – 2

= 6 – 2

= 4

∴ The first two terms of the sequence are 1 and 4.
