The stoichiometric relationship is 2 moles of H2O2 produce 1 mole of O2
∴ The rate relationship is
\[\ce{\frac{d[O_2]}{dt} = \frac{1}{2} * -\frac{d[H_2O_2]}{dt}}\]
This means the rate of production of oxygen is half the rate of disappearance of hydrogen peroxide.
