We know that 

Λeq = κ × Veq

= `(ohm^-1 cm^-1) xx ((cm^3)/(eq))`

= ohm−1 cm2 (eq)−1

= ohm−1 cm2 eq−1

Hence, the units of equivalent conductivity are ohm−1 cm2 eq−1 or Ω−1 cm2 eq−1 or S−1 cm2 eq−1.
