Molarity (M) = 2 M
Acid = HNO3 (monoprotic acid)
Molar mass of HNO3 = 63 g/mol
Mass of solute = Molarity × Molar mass × Volume (L)
Mass = 2 × 63 × 0.250
Mass = 31.5 g
∴ 31.5 g of HNO3 is present in 250 cm3 of 2 M solution.
