0.001 M sucrose < 0.1 M urea < 1 M glucose

Reason:

Osmotic pressure depends on the concentration of solute particles. Since all are non-electrolytes (no dissociation), the solution with the lowest molarity has the lowest osmotic pressure, and the one with the highest molarity has the highest osmotic pressure.
