B2 = 1 Wb/m2
dt = 0.5 s
e = `- (d phi)/dt`
= `- d/dt phi`
= `- d/dt BA`
= `-A (dB)/dt`
= `-A[(B_2 - B_1)/dt]`
= `-1[(1 - 3)/0.5]`
= 4 V
