Solution

We have,

Radius of wire, `"r" = 1/2 = 0.5  "mm"`

Let the length of the wire  be l .

As,

Volume of the wire = 66 cm

`=> pi"r"^2"l" = 66`

`=> 22/7xx0.05xx0.05xx"l" = 66`

`=> "l" = 66xx(7)/(22xx0.05xx0.05)`

∴ l = 8400 cm = 84 m

So, the length of the wire is 84 m.
