\[ = \frac{d}{dx}\left( x^4 \right) - 2\frac{d}{dx}\left( \sin x \right) + 3\frac{d}{dx}\left( \cos x \right)\]

\[ = 4 x^3 - 2 \cos x - 3 \sin x\]
