Some of the effects of excessive and irrational use of internet and mobile phones include the following:
- Person using mobile phone for a long time remains unaware of his or her surroundings.
- The radiation of mobile phones causes several problems like tiredness, headache, insomnia, forgetfulness, tinnitus (buzzing in the ears), joint pains as well as problems in vision.
- The radiations affect children more than adults.
- Also, continuous use of computers and the internet makes a person solitary and incapable to establish harmonious relations with relatives and other members of the society.
