No, those sound will not differ because this sound is produced by the same material at the same note so the quality will remain the same, without any acoustic changes you will not be able to differentiate between these. But when two-person talk they might be speaking at the same note or pitch but you can differ between those by the timber of voice. Quality gets changed.
