Hint:

Difference between S.I and C.I is given by the formula

C.I − S.I = `("r"/100)^2`

Principal (P) = 5000, r = 8% p.a

∴ C.I − S.I = `5000(8/100)^2`

= `5000 xx (8/100) xx (8/100)`

= ₹ 32
