उत्तर

Given:

Total Amount (A) = 18000 rupees

Total interest (I) = 6000 rupess

Formula:

Now, Principal (P) = Total Amount − Total interest

Solution:

Principal (P) = 18000 − 6000

= 12000 rupees

Rate of interest (R) = 5%

Time (T) = `("I"xx100)/("P"xx"R")`

= `(6000xx100)/(12000xx5)`

= 10 years

Principal Rate of interest (p.c.p.a.) Time Interest Amount
