Neolithic tools found in Arunachal Pradesh indicate that people have been living in the Himalayan region for at least eleven thousand years. English is used as the official language. Itanagar is the capital city of the state of Arunachal Pradesh. The majority of people of Arunachal Pradesh are of Tibet-Burman origin. Losar, Dree, Solung and Reh are the major festivals in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
