Physical activities improve our health and reduce the risk of sickness. It has got immediate and long-term benefits. Physical exercise means the regular movement of our limbs. It is necessary to keep our bodies fit and strong. The proverb goes ‘Health is Wealth Exercises help us to build good health. It helps in digesting food. There are different kinds of physical exercises. They are walking, swimming, running, cycling, etc. A person can be benefited in many ways by taking physical exercise.
A machine cannot work without regular and proper use. The human body is compared with machines. It becomes inactive and weak without regular and proper exercise. Physical exercises make our body active. We must remember that excessive of anything is bad. Over-exercise is also injurious to health. So we should abide by the laws of physical exercise. Everybody should take regular exercise with a view to enjoy sound health and a sound mind. Therefore we should ourselves keep fit and healthy.
