  1. Due to health facilities, there has been a decrease in Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) and Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR).
  2. Increase in the number of reproductive persons.

  4. Due to illiteracy, people do not have knowledge of the means of family planning and the methods of family planning are not fully adopted.
  5. Increase in the production of food grains due to scientific and technological progress.
  6. Many epidemics can be eliminated through community health programmes.
