The government should increase investment in the health sector for the following reasons:
- High Birth Rate and Rapid Population Growth: Rapid population growth has led to many health-related problems. It has become difficult to provide adequate and safe water supply, proper sanitation, and effective waste disposal systems for the community.
- Malnutrition: Widespread malnutrition has resulted in various health issues, especially among children, making them more vulnerable to infections and diseases.
- Unhygienic Living Conditions and Poor Housing: Many people live in overcrowded and unsanitary conditions. They face problems such as contaminated food and water, poor personal hygiene, and inadequate sewage systems. A significant number of people also reside in poor-quality houses that lack sufficient space, ventilation, and sunlight.
