उत्तर
Let cost price of one article be C.P
Given that 2 are bought for ₹ 15
∴ 2 × C.P = 15
∴ C.P = `15/2`
Let selling price of one article be S.P
Given that 3 are sold for ₹ 25
∴ 3 × S.P = 25
⇒ S.P = `25/3`
∴ Gain = S.P – C.P
= `25/3 - 15/2`
= `(50 - 45)/6`
= `5/6`
Gain % = `"Gain"/"C.P" xx 100`
= `(5/6)/(15/2) xx 100`
= `5/6 xx 2/15 xx 100`
= `100/9`
= `11 1/9`
