Let the cost price be x.
∴ Loss = 20% of x
Cost price − Loss = Selling price
`x - 20/100 xx x = 13500`
`x - 1/5 x = 13500`
`4/5 x = 13500`
`x = 13500 xx5/4`
x = 16875
Therefore, she bought it for ₹ 16875.
