The Right to Education means the fundamental right of children to free amd Compulsory Education under the Act. it makes the states to provide this education at any cost . The Act makes it obligatory on the state to guarantee right to education . It also makes it obligatory to " ensure compulsory admission , attendance , and completion of elementary education bt every child of 6 to 14 years".
