Sulphuric Acid Nitric Acid

When sulphuric acid reacts with barium chloride, a white ppt. of barium sulphate is formed.

\[\ce{BaCl2 + H2SO4 -> BaSO4 + 2HCl}\]

Barium chloride does not react with nitric acid.
