Solution

`5M + 3I  = 4[(2, -5),(0, -3)]`

`5M = 4[(2, -5),(0, -3)] - 3[(1, 0),(0, 1)]`

`5M =  [(8, -20),(0, -12)] - [(3,0),(0, 3)]`

`5M = [(5, -20),(0, -15)]`

`M = 1/5[(5, -20), (0, -15)] = [(1, -4),(0, -3)]`
