Solution
`2"X" + 3"Y" = [(2,3),(4,0)]` ...(i)
`3"X" + 2"Y" = [(2, -2),(1-,5)]` ...(ii)
Subtracting equation (i) by 3 and (ii) by 2,
3 (2x + 3y) - 2 (3x + 2y)
`= 3 [(2,3),(4,0)] - 2 [(2,-2),(-1,5)]`
`=> 6 "x" + 9 "y" - 6"x" - 4 "y"`
`= [(6,9),(12, 0)] - [(4, -4),(-2,10)]`
`=> 5 "y" = [(2,13),(14,-10)]`
`=> "y" = [(2/5,13/5),(14/5,-2)]`
Again, subtracting equation (i) multiplied by 2 and (ii) by 3,
2 (2x + 3y) - 3 (3x - 2y)
`= 2 [(2,3),(4,0)] - 3 [(2,-2),(-2,5)]`
`4"x" - 9"y" = [(4,6),(8,0)] - [(6,-6),(-3,15)]`
`-5"x" = [(-2,12),(11,-15)]`
`"x" = -1/5 [(-2,12),(11,-15)]`
`= [(2/5,-12/5),(-11/5,3)]`
Hence, `x= [(2/5,-12/5),(-11/5,3)], "y" = [(2/5,13/5),(14/5,-2)]`
