In terms of information acquisition, Ryan has basic componential intelligence because he is familiar with all mathematical formulae. He can learn, encode, combine, and compare data, but he is unable to decode it. In contrast, Shireen's full componential intelligence may employ formulas to solve any problem that uses them while performing. Shireen is therefore also able to decode the information.
