To,
Commissioner of Police,
Mumbai.
Subject - To thank Mumbai Police Department for the notice and appealing advertisement.
Respected Sir,
I am Rajani Malhotra, a civilian of Shivsiddhivinayak Apartment in the nearby locality. I'm writing to express my gratitude for the instruction of "Play safe Holi" that was displayed in our area.
Sir, first of all, allow me to congratulate you on the content of the poster. All the mentioned points are fully applicable and should be kept in mind by all people. Secondly, our area is a perfect place for posters. Because more Holi is played in this place. Throwing water/coloured water or rubber balloons containing water on passers-by, colouring without people's consent, dirt and chemicals are used instead of natural colors. Therefore, many residents have suffered due to rubber balloons and chemical paint.
After these instructions and attractive posters, I hope all residents will consider these instructions and play a safe Holi.
Thanking You.
Yours faithfully,
Rajani Malhotra
