Subject: Poorly lit roads in the city.

Sir,

Through the pages of your respected newspaper, I would like to bring the problem of poorly lit roads in the city, which can lead to major problems, to the attention of the right people. Because of it, a small number of things happen every day. There have been more minor crimes like stealing purses and chains at knifepoint, which makes it hard to go out after dark. Accidents are another thing that people have to deal with. Without enough light, it's hard for drivers to see things like people, animals, signs, and bicycles that could be dangerous on the road. When it rains, drivers have a harder time seeing, which makes the situation worse.

There are electric poles on the route, but no power. As a result, the authorities have been asked to look into the situation and resolve it as soon as possible.
