Copper [II] sulphate and sodium hydroxide

\[\ce{CuSO4  2NaOH -> Na2SO4 + \underset{\text{Copper [II] hydroxide}}{Cu(OH)2↓}}\]

The precipitate formed is Copper [II] hydroxide which is pale blue in colour.
