Sum of the zeroes (α + β)

Product of the zeroes αβ

`(-2)/k=(3k)/k`

`-2k = 3k^2`

`2k + 3k^2 = 0`

`k(3k + 2) = 0`

`k = 0`

`k=(-2)/3`
