I + A = `[(1, 0),(0, 1)] + [(0, -tan  α/2), (tan  α/2, 0)]`

`(I - A) [(cos α, -sin α),(sin α, cos α)] = ([(1, 0),(0, 1)] - [(0, -tan α/2), (tan α/2, 0)]) [(cos α, -sin α),(sin α, cos α)]`
