उत्तर
Given that:
Length (l) of room = 22m
Breadth (b) of room = 15m &
Height (h) of room = 6m
L.S.A of room
= 2 x h x (l + b)
= 2 x 6 x (22 + 15)
= 2 x 6 x 37
= 444m2
∴ Area of its 4 walls = 44m2
Cost of painting the walls = 12per m2
i.e., for 1m2 = Rs.12
∴ For 444m2
= Rs.12 x 444
= Rs.5328.
