उत्तर

∵ Area of rectangle = length × breadth

⇒ 24 cm2 = 5 cm × breadth

⇒ breadth = `(24  "cm"^2)/("5 cm") = 4.8  "cm"`

and, perimeter = 2 × (l + b)

= 2 × (5 cm + 4.8 cm)

= 2 × 9.8 cm

= 19.6 cm
