उत्तर

We have,

Height of the Furstum, = 14 cm

Base radii, `"R" = 16/2 = 8   "cm" and r = 12/2 "cm"`

The capacity of the glass = Volume of the furstum

`= 1/3 pi"h"("R"^2 + "r"^2 + "rR")`

` 1/3xx22/7xx14xx(8^2  + 6^2 + 8 xx 6)`

`1/3xx22xx2xx(64 + 36 + 48)`

`= 44/3xx148`

`= 6512/3 cm3`

≈ 2170.67 cm3

So, the capacity of the glass is 2170.67 cm3.
