नीचे दिए गए शब्दों के बहुवचन रूप लिखिए-
चींटी, घोड़ा, आवाज, बिल, फ़ौज, रोटी, बिंदु, दीवार, टुकड़ा

कारक वाक्य में संज्ञा या सर्वनाम का क्रिया के साथ संबंध बताता है। निम्नलिखित वाक्यों में कारकों को रेखांकित कर उनके नाम लिखिए-

1. जंगल की जिंदगी बड़ी खतरनाक होती है।
2. कंपनी के खिलाफ़ सारे हिंदुस्तान में एक लहर दौड़ गई।
3. वज़ीर को उसके पद से हटा दिया गया।
4. फ़ौज के लिए कारतूस की आवश्यकता थी।
5. सिपाही घोड़े पर सवार था।

उदाहरण के अनुसार निम्नलिखित वाक्यों में कारक चिह्नों को पहचानकर रेखांकित कीजिए और उनके नाम रिक्त स्थानों में लिखिए-
जैसे-

नीचे दिए गए वाक्यों में रेखांकित अंश पर ध्यान दीजिए और शब्द के अर्थ को समझिए-
(क) शुद्ध सोना अलग है।
(ख) बहुत रात हो गई अब हमें सोना चाहिए।

ऊपर दिए गए वाक्यों में सोना” का क्या अर्थ है? पहले वाक्य में ‘सोना” का अर्थ है धातु ‘स्वर्ण’। दूसरे वाक्य में ‘सोना’ को अर्थ है ‘सोना’ नामक क्रिया। अलग-अलग संदर्भो में ये शब्द अलग अर्थ देते हैं अथवा एक शब्द के कई अर्थ होते हैं। ऐसे शब्द अनेकार्थी शब्द कहलाते हैं। नीचे दिए गए शब्दों के भिन्न-भिन्न अर्थ स्पष्ट करने के लिए उनका वाक्यों में प्रयोग कीजिए-
