I recently received an order (Ref. No. - AB-1256) which I placed with your company. Unfortunately, the shipment we received did not tally with those we have ordered. I have enclosed the list of items that we had sent and also received so that you can also tally the shipment delivered against ordered. I would appreciate if you quickly ship me the missing item (goods that were ordered but not delivered) which was missing from my delivered order as our students need these goods asap for practice.
Since this is an error by your company, I do not expect to be responsible for paying any additional shipping
charges.
