1. A person who is learning and practicing the skills of a particular job is called a trainee. Trainees should be selected on the basis of self-interest and recommendation by the supervisor.
2. A trainer is a person who teaches skills to an employee and prepares them for job activity. Trainers may be supervisors, co-workers, HR staff, specialists in the other parts of the company, outside consultants.
