FOR:
Without a doubt, a big shout out. On and off, movie stars have shown that they can be good influences who can change people's minds with their charm. They show a lovely world full of fairy tale wonders that motivates many people to strive for a more charming and happy way of life. They show that a made-up world can become real one day; we don't have to live a dull and unhappy life accepting what fate has planned for us; we can reach a life beyond. If you put in the work, life will often be full of chances instead of bad things.
Sometimes, chances come knocking on the door when you least expect them. In the movie business, many stars got there by chance and stayed there because they worked hard. People who have faith in their dreams can look to their determination and hard work as a guide. The native girl was stunningly beautiful, and she took the chance that was put in front of her. This is a lesson in not being upset about the noise when Lady Luck sounds her knock.
A dedicated actress in a movie can do amazing things for the audience’s minds. They can bring the roles they play to life, which makes them real-life heroes. People have changed the way they think about social issues because of how well Shah Rukh Khan, Amir Khan, and Anil Kapoor played them in “Swadesh,” “Three Idiots,” and “Nayak.” Akshay Kumar in “Padman” and “Toilet Ek Prem Katha” Katha was able to get rid of the shame that came with some stereotyped ideas, and players in movies like “Laapataa Ladies” made people more aware of the problems that come with holding on to old beliefs and traditions. This further shows that movie stars who play characters with care are role models and, in this way, agents of change.
Through their parts, many actors have brought back patriotic feelings and family ties. Manikarnika by Kangana Ranaut, Mahatma Gandhi by Ben Kingsley, and Bhagat Singh by Ajay Devgan all shine a light on India’s freedom fight and teach young people to value their own freedom. The battle of the common man who tastes the sweet wine of success through cricket was brought to life by Sushant Singh. Each and every Indian is proud of the World Cup win led by Kapil Dev, who is played so truly by Ranveer Singh.
Additionally, it’s important to remember that a lot of movie stars are generous donors who make big donations to charities, care centers, and educational projects. Some of them move into even the most remote towns to provide basic services. They do good things for society, like helping people who are moving. Being a brand ambassador makes some people the face of their country. So, I ask my friends across the table: Aren’t these enough proof to say again that movie stars are valuable icons who can bring about social change and wonderful qualities?
AGAINST:
People look up to movie stars! Don’t make that joke. For money, fame, and their own needs, they’re there. They believe that Mammon is their god and will do anything to get what he gives them. People may not care about morals if they have to choose between them and money. We need God to save our society if they become examples! The roles that the stars play on the big screen are like my worthy opponents. For God's sake, don’t forget that the characters are just made up by the writers and that the actors are just acting out what the writers want them to do. So, their bravery might backfire when they have to deal with real-life problems. To sum up, the hero who fights for the rights of the poor and gives his life to keep the peace is just a figure in a story. They often act like cowards who avoid their tasks in real life. When these kinds of things happen in real life, the manan who faces twenty bad guys to save a girl from harm might not even move an eyebrow. Do you think these kinds of people should be worshiped as young icons?
When an actor talks about being honest and standing up against corruption and dishonesty in society, they might even support shady things like “gutka” at the drop of a hat. Many people brag about how good some items are for your health, even though they know they’re bad for you. Friends, real life is very different from what you see on TV. We’ve heard about casting chairs and how newcomers to the business are taken advantage of. A lot of shady things happen behind the scenes of what people think is right, and they only became public when the victims spoke out. Moreover, many of the criminals were well-known character actors whose auras stuck in the thoughts of young moviegoers.
Because they want to save money on taxes, these so-called donors do good things for other people. In exchange, they get fame and respect. You are so naive and trusting if you think for a second that they have caught the charity bug. Some people hurt the chances of up-and-coming artists in their rush to become famous. Because they feel bad about themselves, are afraid, or are jealous, they make the lives of possible competitors so bad that some of them even kill themselves. Events have shown that some people even hire skilled killers to get rid of threats.
With all of this in mind, I beg the people who love movie stars to take off their rose-colored glasses and see the truth. Some things may be different, but a few good apples can’t hide the bad ones.
