उत्तर

Inner pressure is a major internal source of stress that comes from within a person rather than from the outside environment. It includes the personal expectations, moral values, self-ideals, and desires that a person sets for themselves. When someone sets very high or unrealistic goals that don't match their abilities, it creates tension and frustration.

For example, a student who always wants to be perfect and never make mistakes may feel constant pressure to succeed, leading to stress if they fall short. Similarly, guilt from not living up to one’s own values or conscience can also cause emotional stress.

In short, inner pressure creates stress when there’s a gap between what a person wants to achieve and what they actually experience. Learning to balance goals with realistic expectations and practicing self-acceptance can help reduce this stress.
