उत्तर
By the end of 17th century, the number of Jagirs decreased and the payment of the officers by the Mughal emperors also faced a crisis. To overcome this crisis, a lot of crown land was converted into Jagirland, which again reduced the revenue share of the emperor and led to further decline of his power.
