2. Assistant Housekeeper: The Assistant Housekeeper assists in managing the housekeeping activities. In large hotels, there may be one assistant for each shift. He/she prepares duty schedules and checks the cleanliness and performance of the workers.
3. Desk Control Supervisor: The Desk Control Supervisor coordinates with the front office regarding guest departures and room status. He/she ensures that vacant rooms are cleaned and ready for new guests. The desk operates 24 hours to receive and provide information to guests and staff.
4. Floor Supervisor: The Floor Supervisor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and proper upkeep of guest rooms, corridors, staircases, and floor pantries. There is usually one supervisor assigned to each floor.
