Subject: An Experience of Teamwork and Leadership

Dear Ma’am,

I would like to share an experience from a team competition in which I participated last year. Our team took part in an inter-school quiz competition. Our team leader, Rohan, displayed excellent leadership qualities throughout the competition.

He divided the work among all the members according to their strengths and encouraged everyone to participate. When we found some questions difficult, he remained calm and motivated us instead of blaming anyone. He listened to everyone's suggestions and took quick decisions when required. His confidence and positive attitude kept the whole team united.

Although we did not expect to win at first, our teamwork and Rohan’s leadership helped us secure the second position. This experience taught me that a good leader should be responsible, confident, cooperative and encouraging.
