Perimeter of a square = 4 × length of a side
= 4 × 6 cm
= 24 cm
Area of a square = length of a side × length of a side
= 6 × 6
= 36 cm2
Perimeter of a rectangle = 2 × length + 2 × breadth
= 2 × 10 + 2 × 4
= 20 + 8
= 28 cm
Area of a rectangle = length × breadth
= 10 × 4
= 40 cm2
