Recently, I got apprised of the risks of junk food and that is the reason I wanted to inform you about it.
I know you like to eat different types of junk food. But on Surbhi Foods' employee resource site, it says that fast foods are high in calories, fat, sugar, nitrates and salt .
It can also put people at risk of becoming obese. Pre-packaged snack foods, canned foods, bakery items, frozen dinners, canned and packaged meats must be avoided.
Home-made food is always a better option to keep oneself fit and healthy. I think this information can be very valuable for you. I will tell you more about it when we meet shortly.
