उत्तर
It is not safe for an electrician to repair the main line electrical wires during heavy rains because rainwater contains many impurities. Salt is present in it as impurities. Due to this, it becomes a good conductor of electricity, i.e., electricity starts flowing in it. This can be fatal for the electrician, and if an electrician does this during heavy rains, he may get an electric shock.
