  `E_p = 220 V `

`E_p = 66 kV = 66 xx 10^3 V`

 `N_p = 300            (E_p)/(E_s) = (N_p)/(N_s)`

 Ns = Number of turn in secondary 

⇒   `220/(66xx10^3) = 300/(N_s)`        ⇒ N= 90000 turns
