उत्तर
i. Number of electrons in an atom = Number of protons
The number of electrons in an atom = 8
Charge of an atom = Number of protons − Number of electrons
= 8 − 8
= 0
ii. The number of protons is equal to the number of electrons. So, the atom will be neutral.
