प्रश्न
Identify, while holding the racquet, which muscles are involved and which joints allow the rotation of the hand while performing the alternate backhand and forehand tapping of the ball on the racquet. How did you manage to balance the knock on the ball from the centre of your paddle while walking or running?

उत्तर
The forearm muscles that flex, extend and rotate the wrist and forearm are involved. Rotation is mainly enabled by the wrist and radioulnar joints, with the elbow and shoulder helping to position and steady the arm.
To keep the ball bouncing near the centre of the paddle, I used small, controlled wrist movements, kept the paddle steady and watched the ball closely. While moving, I took balanced steps and adjusted my pace and taps to maintain control.
