उत्तर

In mathematical term “Transversal”,

Number of consonants = 8

Number of vowels = 3 (already calculated)

Total number of letters = Number of consonants + Number of vowels

= 8 + 3

= 11

Percentage of consonants = `"Numerical of consonants"/"Total number of letters" xx 100%`

= `8/11 xx 100%`

= 72.72%

Hence, percentage of consonants is 72.72%.
