⇒ (4pq + 3q + 4pq – 3q)(4pq + 3q – 4pq + 3q)
⇒ 8pq × 6q
⇒ pq2a = 48pq2
⇒ `a = (48pq^2)/(pq^2)`
⇒ a = 48
