उत्तर

  • The cell is the basic structural and functional building block of all life since, without cells, there could be no living thing. Every life starts off as a single cell.Either a single cell (unicellular) or several cells (multicellular) make up an organism.
  • While each group of cells in a multicellular creature is specialised for a particular function, a single cell in a unicellular organism is capable of autonomous existence and may carry out all necessary life processes.
  • Cells are the units of life that divide to create new ones, and these cells always come from the division of pre-existing ones.
  • Due to the totipotency of cells, a single cell can develop into an entire creature. A cell is the fundamental building block of life since the actions of an organism are the culmination of the activities of its cells.
